Background

Mr Apple (Scales Corporation, NZX:SCL) is New Zealand's largest apple exporter, with consumer markets across China, Vietnam, India and Thailand. Marketing operates across very different languages, channels, partners and buyer behaviours, but needs shared infrastructure that scales.

The problem

Mr Apple needed to grow its known customer universe across diverse Asian markets without duplicating effort country by country. Each market had its own retail partners, channel mix and consumer behaviours. The data was not connecting back into a unified view that marketing could act on.

The solution

Stitch implemented Tealium AudienceStream and EventStream as the customer data platform, integrated with Customer.io for lifecycle activation across all four markets, and connected Uniqode QR-code activations on packaging to bring offline interactions into the data layer.

The result is one trusted view of the Mr Apple consumer across Asia, with personalisation at scale and proper measurement of what is actually working in each market.
